Vibe Coding opened the door. AI-integrated IDEs changed the daily workflow. But we went further: we built an autonomous agent that works on our code while we're away from the keyboard.
Koan is an agentic coding framework we designed and built. It runs locally, explores our repos, identifies bugs, implements features, writes tests, and pushes code to branches — fully autonomously. Over 260 sessions, thousands of tests written, dozens of bugs fixed. Everything is open source.
