Yes — the Free plan is free with no time limit: no credit card, no expiry date. You get Anantys with sensible quotas (positions, alerts, AI credits). You only move to a paid plan if you decide to, to unlock more. A free account left inactive for a very long time may be removed, but simply coming back keeps it.
A credit measures AI usage: the more data and processing a request draws on, the more it consumes. A useful landmark: a simple question that does not draw on your portfolio data costs about one credit. Every plan includes its own set of credits, renewed each month. And if you run out, credit packs can be bought one at a time, including from a free account.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Monthly subscriptions are commitment-free, cancellable in one click. Annual subscriptions offer significant discounts and commit you for 12 months.
All personal data is encrypted at rest. European hosting (Amsterdam), full GDPR compliance, no data resale. Full CSV export at any time — you remain the owner of your data.
No, it's optional. Anantys works just as well with manual entry. If you choose bank sync, it goes through Bridge (a licensed PSD2 partner): Anantys never sees your banking credentials.
