Yes — the Free plan is free with no time limit: no credit card, no expiry date. You get Anantys with sensible quotas (positions, alerts, AI credits). You only move to a paid plan if you decide to, to unlock more. A free account left inactive for a very long time may be removed, but simply coming back keeps it.

Credits measure AI usage, and their cost scales with how deep the analysis is. Concrete rules of thumb: a 3–4 question chat session ≈ 1 credit; a quick analysis of a ~10-position portfolio ≈ 2–3 credits; a deep scheduled analysis (weekly or monthly) ≈ 10 credits; a portfolio simulation ≈ 4 credits; a CSV import ≈ 5 credits (more for very large files). In practice, our most active users with full portfolios rarely exceed 300 credits per month.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Monthly subscriptions are commitment-free, cancellable in one click. Annual subscriptions offer significant discounts and commit you for 12 months.

All personal data is encrypted at rest. European hosting (Amsterdam), full GDPR compliance, no data resale. Full CSV export at any time — you remain the owner of your data.

No, it's optional. Anantys works just as well with manual entry. If you choose bank sync, it goes through Bridge (a licensed PSD2 partner): Anantys never sees your banking credentials.
